1. Whole machine outlooking
The machine is aautomatic multiple-funcition washing, filling and capping unit. It is used in washing, filling and sealing all kinds of no gas contained liquid, such as drinking water, pure water, flavor water, vinegar & soy sauce, etc. The equipmenthas features of unique design, new style, complete functions, multi-purpose, convenient in operation, beautiful construction, high automaticity. The caps are sendinto the cap sterilizing tunnel by the cap elevator, and covered. Then the purified water will sterilize the caps.The purified water will come from the pure water tank (from water treatment system).
Rinsing: grip the bottle neck, rotate filling plate, inverse bottle; internal rinsing and external spraying make bottles be cleaned completely.
Gravity filling with holding bottle neck; the special backflow type of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also control liquid level accurately.
Magnetic torque bottle holding type can minimize the cap damage rate and make the capping performance the best.
