The FRS-2001 mask machine is a fully automatic production equipment for inner ear loop masks.
This machine is composed of an automatic separation system connected with an FRS- 001 mask body machine and one set all motors inner ear loop welding machines.
The mask body produced by the body machine can be equally distributed to one set all motors inner ear loop welding machines by PLC at the rate of 80-90 pieces per minute.
The whole process can be controlled by touch screen.
Except FRS-001 mask body machine, the latter part can change 1, 2 or 3 sets of ear loop welding machine. (According to your requirement)
