Applications:Butt and flat fillet welding of miniature LPG tanks, ships, vehicles, agriculturalimplements, machinery, boilers, bridges, structural steels.
Characteristics:metallurgical behavior:High silicon and manganese pick-up is obtained.
Grain Size:10-60 mesh
Basicity:0.7 (B||W)HJ431 is akind of fused glassy granulated flux, colored as red-brown to light-yellow,high in manganese and silicon but low in fluoride. Either alternate or direct currentcan be used.The welding performance is excellent.
Usage:When applied with welding wires such as H08A, H08MnA, H10Mn2 or H10MnSi, HJ431can weld low-carbon steel and some low-alloy steel like 16Mn and 15MnV, as well asships, boilers and low-pressure vessels.
