Principle
Fzg Static Tray Model Low Temperature Vacuum Drying / Dryer/Dryer/Dry Machine uses vacuum pump to pump damp air out and make the working chamber form vacuum status. It is to let the raw material to be dried at vacuum condition. herefore, the drying speed of raw material is improved and the energy is saved greatly. the vacuum oven also can use to dry the herb medicine so also named as Static Vacuum Drying Machine,Static Vacuum Dryer.
It is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that can decompose or polymerize or deteriorate at high temperature. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries.
Notes: The solvent of raw material can be collected by using a condenser. If the solvent is water, the condenser is not required in order to save investment cost.Feature
1.Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation efficiency higher. Therefore for a certain amount of heat transfer, the conducting area of dryer can be saved.
2. The heat is indirect. So the raw material can not be polluted. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP. It is easy in washing and maintenance.

Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of material solution will reduce. It will increase impetus for heat and mass exchange. Therefore for certain heat exchange amount, it can save heat exchange area of evaporator.
The heat source for evaporating operation may be low pressure steam or waster heat steam (If having special requirement, customer may choose water or oil to heat. Our factory can design specially for you).
