1: What is your MOQ?

A: MOQ is 1*20 GP container

1*20GP container with no more than 2 items

2.Can I have a sample order

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

However customer has to pay for the product cost and shippingcost.

3.What about the delivery?

A: Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 35-40 days for orders

4. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.

5. How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate

will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new produm

with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and

resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Production Lead Time:

1.High Season(September to April): 35-60 days

2. Low Season( May to August) around 15-35 days

3.We will come up with a detailed production schedule for each order and this schedule will be a platform for onward communication between customers and us.
