Introduction of induction hardening/quenching machine:
1) LSW-120 induction hardening machine with IGBT series parallel induction heating technology as the core.
2) Heating the metal workpiece to acertain temperature, then cool it rapidly to change its machine structure to achieve some special mechanical properties.
3) The principle is the magnetic induction heating principle.
4) Oscillation frequency selection: the deeper the quenching layer is, the lower the frequency is needed.

Application
It is mainly aims to change the rigidity of the metal materials through the heat treatment to work pieces. Detail applications are stated as follows:
1. Quenching for various hardware and tools, such as plier, wrench, hammer, ax, screwing tools and shear (orchard shear).
