Introduction
Mine dryer is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement industry, drying slag limestone, pulverized coal, slag, clay and other materials. The mine dryer is mainly composed of a rotary body, a lifting plate, a transmission device, a support device, and a seal ring. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, excellent production, high output, low energy consumption and convenient operation.
Working Principe
There are hot air flow and radiation in the drying process of materials. Hot air drum drying is the movement of hot air from the tail forward, full contact with materials, and full utilization of heat transfer through heat conduction, convection and radiation.The heat energy is directly transmitted to the material, so that the moisture of the material is evaporated continuously in the cylinder. The air inlet device at the inlet and outlet pumps out a large amount of moisture and wet air flow to prevent the secondary pollution caused by dust discharge.Through internal spiral stirring, sweeping and sheeting, the material movement is promoted to complete the whole drying process; counter-current conduction dehumidification, avoiding repetitive drying process.

The drying intensity is high, because the material is highly dispersed in the airflow, the whole surface of the particles is the effective area of drying. The drying time is short. The airflow dryer has the advantages of simple structure, small floor area and easy construction and maintenance.It has large capacity and high thermal efficiency. When drying non-bound water, the thermal efficiency can reach 60%. The dryer achieves zero horizontal thrust, greatly reduces the wear and tear of the retaining wheel, and the cylinder runs smoothly and reliably. The dryer adopts the "center-aligning supporting wheel device" to make the matching of the supporting wheel and the roller contact linearly forever, thus greatly reducing the wear and power loss.
