Heavy Duty Euro Standard Steel Stacking Pallet

The corrugated pallet cosist of supporting tube, upper panel, protecting steel angle and block plate. The supporting tube is of high quality carbon steel tube 100x50x2.0mm. Ctype steel of the panel makes the pallet skidproof and stronger. The safe edges are steel angle 30x30mm. This pallet has ahigh bearing ratio, up to 60 times of its own weight.

Steel Pallet Feature
01The number of panels can be increased or decreased according to customer's request.
02Panel can be added to the bottom of the pallet according to actual loading products.
03The pallet loading with goods can be stacked if the goods are without fear of pressure and with unitized packaging.
04The pallet can be used on selective rack, trough type rack and gravity type rack. Both folklift and hand pallet truck are applicative.
05To load scattered goods, pallet collar can be installed to the pallet.
06Customer's logo can be added as required.
07Both sides are processed with Angle wrapping edge, which enhances the surface effect of the pallet and reduces the risk of damage to the packaging.
08In order to reduce the damage to the pallet caused by frequent forklift operation, rectangular tubes are arranged at both ends of the insertion direction to increase the service life.
09The design of corrugated panel is conducive to improve the anti-skid effect and increase the load capacity of the panel but keep the weight light.
Our Laboratory
Theoretical experimental conclusion: the panel on the tray is subjected to 2tons of uniformly distributed load, with the maximum stress reaching 205Mpa, which belongs to the stress concentration point. It is mostly concentrated in the weld of the leg. The majority of the stress is between 44Mpa and 58Mpa, which is smaller than the yield strength of the material 235Mpa.
