1. Feeding unit, printing unit, die-cutting unit, all automatic zero resetting by computer.2. Usually use the auto resetting device preset position function, can overprint to the probable position automatically, test two pcs can adjust to the right position, reduce the waste of paper.Drying device

1. High quality thick wall seamless steel pipe with ground ceramic cobwebbing engraved by laser.2. Printing ceramic roller mesh number 600LPI x 4units, 450LPI x 1unit (or as per customer need).
3. Has more meticulous and exquisite printing effect, wear-resistant, longer lifetime.
4. Equipped vapour pressure type lifting device on the feeding system (When feed in paper, anilox roller descend to touch the printing plate; If stop feeding, anilox roller will rise up).
5. Adopt wedge block type overrun clutch, faster ink distribution and ink cleaning.

3. Linear guideway control the bellow lifting, more steady in high speed running.
4.Adapt to printing, slotting, die-cuting,high matching.V. Computerized slotter part (1unit)1. Single shaft double knives slotter. Adjust the carton height by internal gear structure, will not easy to contaminate the carton.
2. Creasing shaft, pre-pressing shaft diameter is Ø110mm, thick walled tube, After the pre-pressing, cardboard is not easy to burst.
3. Above crease wrapped with rubber, will not damage the cardboard.
4. The adjustment of creaser and pre-creaser adopt self-locking structure, range is 0~11mm.
5. Adopt smooth lead screw with linear guideway to adjust the slotting shaft, the movement more flexible and exact.6. Slotting carton height adjusted by computer and electrical digital adjustment.
7.Equipped with stripping device on the die-cutting unit, all the scraps and deckle edge of paper will be lead out of machine.
VI. Die-cutting part (1unit for option)
Creaser and pre-creaser
1.Creasing wheels outer diameter is 180mm, after two times pre-creasing the paper will not easy to break. 2. Above creasing wheels wrapped with rubber will protect the paper not to break.
3.Creasing wheels, pre-creaser position transverse movement by electric.
4.Electrical adjustment of the gap between creaser, pre-creaser, die-cutting rollers, range is 0~11mm, touch screen shows the position.
5.Equipped with anvil blanket repairing device, can repair 3~5times, can use the anvil blanket repeatedly,
Anvil blanket shaft (above roller)
1.Anvil blanket roller material is high quality steel,with surface grinding, hard chrome plating, balancing and correcting, can improve the stability in running. The blanket is helical reversing by mechanism,can move 35mm transversely.2. Paper guiding rollers' gap adopt self-locking structure, range is 0~12mm. The drive of paper leading rollers use cross coupling, reduced the attrition to assure the steady driving.3. Phase adjust device adopt planetary gear structure. Die-cutting phase adopt computer and electric digital control with 360° adjustment (in running and stopping both can be adjusted). In transverse, adopt NC and electric digital control, range is ±10mm.4. Anvil blanket roller compensation adopt differential clutch, assure the die-cutting size right. Anvil blanket repairing device to keep the blanket smooth.
