We are supplying the best quality jaw plates to our customers. We produce these jaws according to standard drawings, and many of them we already have patterns. We also produce jaw plates according to customers drawings.We use high standard material for melting, and this help us can control the chemical component strictly, especially the P content. We use high standard spectrum analyze machine to check all chemical component for every melting, and keep the inspection sample for more than 3 years. To get higher wear performance, we use less than 30% scrap castings as melting material. We have different process for jaw plates production, including sodium silica sand process and vacuum process. Sodium silica sand process is the most mature process for such high manganese steel jaw plates and it is the most process been used in most of the foundries. Vacuum process is new process used in wear parts production, buy this process we can get the best surface quality along with excellent wear resistant performance.We strictly produce jaw plates according to industry standard process. We can supplying jaw plates with material: 18%Mn2%Cr,13%Mn2%Cr or 22%Mn2%Cr. Castings from open the furnace gate to get into water need about 40S. In our best process we can control to 30S.
We do inspection according customers requirement. And we give all the report that customers need for delivery to be sure all castings delivered by us are qualified.
