KDN-350air separationequipmentuse low pressure process.The device is aturbine expansion process for air purifying molecular sieve, using reflux expansion single towertechnology to make nitrogen.
process flow:
♣The filter AF removed dust and mechanical impurities from the raw air,enter oil free screw compressor, compressed the air to about 0.75Mpa(G).♣The compressed air into the air refrigeration unit, cooling to 5-10degrees Celsius, and enter into the oil mist filter group after removed oil mist,reached saturation.♣The saturated compressed air into the alternate use of molecular sieve adsorber MS, where the raw material moisture in the air, CO2, C2H2 and other impurities by molecular sieve adsorption.♣The processing of air purification, asmall part is drawn as instrument air; the main heat exchanger E1 the remaining air into, by reflux of waste nitrogen cooling to the saturation temperature and acertain amount of moisture and nitrogen into the bottom column. In this way, the liquid nitrogen and nitrogen are obtained at the top of the nitrogen tower, and the oxygen enriched liquid space at the bottom of the tower enters into the evaporation side of the condensing evaporator after throttling, so as to condense the nitrogen gas at the top of the nitrogen.♣Is drawn from the top of the oxygen enriched air condenser evaporator most directly into the main heat exchanger E1 cold end, RE heat to -150 degrees centigrade, from the middle out into the expansion turbine expansion to provide cooling capacity for the pure nitrogen equipment, after the expansion of oxygen enriched air and oxygen enriched air mixed another throttle after entering the main heat exchanger E1 cold end heat exchange, RE heat for discharging the cold box at room temperature and air flow after it, one part for regeneration of the purifier, the rest of the vent.♣Nitrogen is drawn from the top of the tower nitrogen, the main heat exchanger heat recovery to normal temperature cold box supply users by liquid nitrogen after throttling discharge cold box.ItemHigh purity pure nitrogen equipmentPurity≤3ppm O2Gas flow350±5%Dew point temperatureless than -40degressProducts
