The Coal Preparation Process
1.The raw coalmagnetically separatedafter coarse crushing;
2.Coal going tocoal supply machinefrom hopper;
3.Coal going togrinding chamberwith hot dry air;
4.Broken coal going toa swirl wind separatorthrough the primary wind generated by mill itself.
5.Fine coal combustingin burner after transmitted through a pipeline.
6.Due to the larger inertia,coarse coalcannot be taken away by primary wind after a whirlwind separator, going back into the hopper and beingregrindedthrough feeding entrance.NOTES:
The primary wind temperature had better reach250 ~ 300 °Cwhen going to the mill. Coal should bemagnetic separatedbefore going into the mill to remove metal, wood and other objects from coal. The coal particle size and surface water shall meet the following requirements before grinding
