Warming:The appropriate stamping foil should be selected in accordance with the different series of foil. Great attention should be paid to the temperature, pressure and speed of the embossing process which may vary due to different materials and embossed areas.Electrified aluminum foil stamping has alayer of vacuum aluminum coating, which is very sensitive to acids, alkalis and moisture, Thus, paper, inks(particularly black), dry paint and synthetic glue used by customers must be neutral. Finished printed products must be dry enough not to be subjected to oxidation or damage to the embossed layer.
