When people consumed the dairy products or lactose-containing food, as alack of lactase in the body, the lactose is digested and fermented by intestinal bacteria and forms amass of carbon dioxide gas. It can lead to the expansion of intestinal tract and the strengthening of intestinal peristalsis. It brings borborygmus, diarrhea, abdominal distension and so on. It is called lactose intolerance.
The Lactase from Aspergillus oryzae has ahigh activity at low pH(pH3.5~5.5) making it particularly suitable for digest lactose in the stomach, and it's therefore ideal for use in the dietary supplements as digestive aid.
The dose of fungal lactase depends on the amount of the lactose and the size of meal consumed, one general guideline is 2,500 ALU per 10~13 grams of lactose consumed. We recommend adose of 4,000~6,000 ALU with each lactose-containing meal. For very sensitive lactose-intolerant consumers (need a100% conversion), 10,000 ALU per meal is recommended.
Other application: Apply to process free-lactose yoghurt.

Sugar industry: In the sugar industry, leuconostoc mesenteroides streptococcus and other microorganisms are through secretion glucansucrases catalyze sucrose to glucose, glucose further polymerized to form dextran. The dextran is ahigh molecular weight polysaccharide polymer, and the type of glycosidic linkage is mainly α-1, 6glycosidic bond. The existence of dextran will have serious impact on sugar production, obviously increasing the viscosity of sugar, reducing the sugar filtration, so that crystallization of sucrose generate abnormal morphology crystals, increase the sugar costs while affect product quality. The use of dextranase can effectively improve the speed of heating cane juice, shorten time to clarify and crystallize, to eliminate the adverse impact of crystallization, thereby improve the production efficiency and yield of sugar.
Other use: The addition of dextranase in toothpaste and mouthwash has good effect on prevention and treatment of dental caries and gingivitis.
InvertaseInvertase, named as Saccharase, fructofuranoside fructohydrolase (EC.3.2.1.26). This product was produced by Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain, which fermented in submerged medium. Saccharase could be used as the additives, ingredients, and the biocatalyzer in the fields of food, beverage, alcohol fermentation, and pharmaceutical preparation etc..Action Principle
Invertase can specifically hydrolyze the fructofuranoside in the non-reducing sugar, and can catalyze the sucrose hydrolysis to produce glucose and fructose.Product Characteristic
