This machine produces duck bill mask with overall automation from raw material feeding to inserting, sealing inside the nose wire to finished mask. Breather valve is applicable to this mask and it meets the country standard.

This machine is used for plane mask automatic forming: the complete material jumbo roll unwind and are drived by roller, automatically folding, edge locking; nose clip complete roll unwind and integrated into edge locking material after cutted as per the fixed length; Mask will be conveyed to 2 sets earloop welding machines and form finally. The finished products are conveyed to collection part.
