1. Introduction:
The function of this series machine is splitting,using the hydraulic pressure working principle, stumps,large branches, large round logs and hard wood into the size for the feeding requirement of wood chipper machine or other usages.
Generally, the travel specifications have 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm; the nominal pressure have 30t, 35t, 50t.
Horizontal type is the most convenient one, and can be made with moving traction machine according to the requirements of customers.2. Structure:
It mainly consists of traveling wheel, landing leg, engine body, and control body, gear pump and electric motor connected with engine body.
There are riving knife and drawing and pulling frame on engine body; there are fuel tank, hydraulic cylinder, piston and piston pin in the engine body.3. Features:
Control valve stretching out of the control body passes through the slot hole of the angled end-face of the control panel, on which there is a fixed control valve head.
The control panel attaches to the control body through the spindle and there is a pressure regulating valve on the upside.
When cutting wood materials, the fuel tank can automatically finish impress-cutting slowly. Then pull the position selector valve, the fuel tank will make automatic rapid ascension
and speed up according to the pressure.
Guillotine-type wood splitting machine is composed of manual operation 63mm flow pressure variable pump. It applies to individual household wood chip factory and small artificial board, gross pressure 120t. It mainly for the cutting of stumps, which is provided as raw materials of paper-making and wood board after chipped by wood chipper.4. Advantage:
