UV protective fishing clothing mainly includes winter fishing jacket, and winter fishing pants, etc. The UV protective fishing clothing is made with 100% polyester 228T taslon bonded tricot fabric with TPU lamination 10,000mm/m², 10,000g/m²/24h DWR that is waterproof. The lining of fishing clothing is made with100% polyester mesh fabric fro breathable functions. The technical fishing clothing is waterproof and breathable, so it is suitable for long days fishing even in cold weather environment to keep the fisherman warm and dry. The knees and back of the winter fishing clothing are designed with double-layer fabrics for superior wear resistance. The whole fishing clothing are fully seams taped to keep moisture out, tricot fabric on pockets keeps your hand warm.

The Neoprene cuffs and hem are adjustable by velcro or elastic string to prevent water from entering into the sleeves and body, and the adjustable cuffs can make you feel comfortable even if you put your hands into water to remove a hook from fish. The storm hood of this winter fishing jacket is also 3-way adjustable by elastic string and Non-removable that can fit your head. There is an inner pocket for a wallet inside the jacket on the left side that measures 8-1/2" high by 7" deep and has a zipper closure. Heavy duty 2-way nylon zip protected by double storm flap; Front pockets with storm flap & D ring; The sleeves and collar has a 3M reflective piping. There are patches of reflective plastic material on the sleeves, shoulders, and on top of the hood. There is a hanging strap sewn into the jacket just below the collar to allow hanging from a hook. There have fleece lined hand warmer pockets. The high collar design of the cold weather fishing jacket can make the whole fishing jacket warm, windproof and waterproof. Adjustable shoulder strap, adjustable waist for a tailored fit and heat retention, velcro adjustable ankles to keep out rain and spray, two thigh pockets with water-deflecting closures to keep items safe.

5. Seam Taped Manufacturing Process

Seam taped manufacturing process is very important to make functional clothing waterproof clothing even through machine washing many times. We apply the HH brand hot air seam sealing machines made in HongKong for seam taped manufacturing process to ensure functional garment in 100% waterproof condition, so the holes from the stitching can be covered to keep out of the water immersion through the seams. Our QC technicians are responsible for hydraulic pressure testing and data collection to ensured whole clothing 100% waterproof and achieve the customer’s standard for water pressure. Automatic pattern sewing machines are also applied for label or logo sewing, vecro and patching sewing, etc.

6. Automatic Production Line

Functional clothing is often made with many pieces of different fabrics to realize different functions such as waterproof, high visibility, protection and safety, silence, multi functional pockets, etc. So the automatic production line is specially engineered to make the complex garment production processed into many subsided processes by our professional engineers.
