A: 1st later folding
When flatwork reaches feeding bridge A, rotaryencoder coupled with
photoelectric switch sensor at B will measure the length of flatwork, effectively eliminate the measurement errors caused by the speed difference of ironer and folder.
During the 1st Lateral folding, air-blowing valve is activated to blow flatwork into the middle of two rollers at C when hanging flatwork reaches C
B: 2nd lateral folding
The 2nd lateral folding is the same as 1st lateral folding theoretically.
After going through 1st lateral folding, flatwork goes down to reaches D, then
air-blowing valve is activated to blow flatwork into the middle of two rollers at DCross folding (vertical folding)
A: 1st vertical folding
When flatwork reach E, upper belt comes to an end. Stainless steel knife "F" comes down to flatwork in between two rollers, which start to send flatwork down at the same time, downward direction resting with stacker direction.
B: 2nd vertical folding
Then flatwork goes down to G, Stainless steel knife "G" is activated while lower belts changes direction to complete 2nd vertical folding
When flatwork reaches "H", turning board "I" will be lifted to send flatwork onto belt "J", then turning board"I" goes down to activate Stainless steel knife "H" and reverse movement of Belt "J" to complete 3rd vertical folding.Finally,belt K sends folded flatwork to stacker.Stacker
Stacker sends flatwork to appropriate position through press-down belt, and then motor with brake stops and cylinder opens the opening to allow folded flatwork to fall down the belt, leading to packing area.
