The ironer features the fine heat storage of solid chest coupled with good finishng of flexible chest. The flatwork with high level of water content first gets into solid chest to reduce its water content, without sudden ironer shutdown caused by dramatic temperature fall in chest because of the lack of steam.
Then the half-dried flatwork can get fine finishing results by going into flexible chest, which is of smooth surface, fine wrapping and rapid heat exchange capacity thanks to thin panel structure.

Meanwhile, roller is closely envelped by chest and eerted even pressure due to the effects of self gravity and cylinder pressure, ensuring fine finishng.

partition added into the ceenter of solid chest, also function as bolster to curve plat that touches flatwork, could reduce thermal deformation when steam goes through chest, promising fine finishng.
Each roller has a separate blower, which is specially designed to deliver strong dhumidification.
The motor power passes to planetary reducer and activate roller through V-shape belt, eliminating the possibility of slipping.
