Inorganic minerals are used as the insulation materials.When the fire resistance temperature of the material and the busbarreaches 950°or more,the fire resistance time is 180 minutes(suitable for the fire safety or power transmission lines of generators and other equipment).
Fireproof busbarhas excellent insulation performance, which can be used continuously in normal environment and in the fire environment for more than one hour.Applicable to high-rise buildings and important facilities, can replace the fire resistance cable to play the role of transmission and distribution.
Features:
1.The design of the reasonable "sandwich" phase line compactly laminated structure is adopted. The busbaris compact in shape and small in volume, and the busbarsystem has the advantages of low impedance, low voltage and good dynamic and thermal stability.
2.The shell is composed of cold-formed thin steel profiles.The side plates are the original double-layer hollow structure of our factory, which can effectively prevent high temperature gas or flame from entering the bus duct directly.The surface of the busbarshell is galvanized and sprayed with fireproof paint (in case of fire, the coating can rapidly expand on the busbarsurface at geometric speed, forming a dense carbonized thermal insulation layer, all cracks in the closed busbarshell, preventing the high temperature from directly entering the busbarinterior).
3.The connector adopts the special refractory insulating component, which makes the connection reliable and convenient.
