Instructions for use:
1.Calibrate: Before measuring, press the lever with a soft cloth or lens paper to wipe the two measuring surfaces, hold the watch frame vertically, release the lever, make the two measuring surfaces natural contact, observe whether the dial indicator is , Align the zero, if there is a shift, please turn the outer ring, so that the big pointer at zero.
2. Measure:Press the lever, the measured object on the two measuring between the vertical holding the watch frame, relax the lever, so that the dial point naturally fall, you can measure the thickness of the material.
3. Thickness gauge reading: dial indicator for each small cell is 0.01 mm, in the measurement of less than 1 mm thickness of the material, you can directly see the value of the pointer. If the pointer is 40 mm, or 0.4 mm; if the measured material thickness is greater than 1 mm, the reading depends on the number of large pointers, plus the small pointer of the integer (small pointer for each frame is 1 mm). Such as a large pointer to 45, a small pointer between 1 and 2, the actual thickness of the material is 1.45 mm.
Peacock thickness gauge use precautions:
