1. Introduction of the product

1.1 This product is a mechanical transmission KN95 folding mask forming machine, consisting of fifive functional parts;

3. Product performance

The KN95 folding automatic mask forming machine can independently complete multiple
processes from mask indentation molding, secondary welding, shear molding to fifinished
product discharge. Compared with traditional manual feeding, indentation, shear stitching,
etc., two manual processes can be omitted.
The equipment adopts mechanical transmission, only needs to start the motor, adjust the
appropriate speed and welding power, and the operation is simple and fast. only manual
feeding and retrieving is required, which greatly improves production effificiency, facilitates
operation, and has low production and operation costs and high effificiency.

5. Equipment operation method

5.1equipment work on the operation cabinet goes out.
5.1.1 For the preparation of feeding, the materials are manually pulled to the scrap traction
roller;

5.1.2 The equipment is powered, and the power indicator on the operation cabinet lights up;

5.1.3 Turn on the power switch, and the cooling fan system remains in working condition;

5.1.4 Turn on the hot press control cabinet switch 1 and 2;

5.1.5 Operate the start button, the machine starts to work.

5.2 equipment downtime

5.2.1 Press the 'stop' button, the equipment will be stopped;

5.2.2 Turn off the hot press control cabinet switch 1 and 2;

5.2.3 Turn off power switch;

6. Equipment debugging method

6.1 The equipment is powered on, the power indicator of the operation cabinet is on, and the cooling fan is running; Press the start button and adjust according to the welding effect to make the equipment work in the best running state.

6.2 Sonic inspection and adjustment (when the equipment is stopped);

6.2.1 Turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic generator and press the "sonic inspection"
switch. If the amplitude indicator rises sharply and exceeds 100, it means that the

frequency is too far from the resonance point,and the "sonic adjustment" knob must be adjusted. Visually check the amplitude display, press the "sonic inspection" check switch
with the left hand (not more than 3 seconds), and turn the "sonic adjustment" knob with the right hand to adjust the pointer of the amplitude display to the lowest point. If the indicator of the amplitude display oes not decrease during the adjustment, but rises, turn the "Sonic Adjustment" knob in the opposite direction. The amplitude indicator reading is within 50, and the ammeter indicator reading below 0.6A is the best working condition. After adjusting the sound wave, tighten the butterflfly nut and close the protective cover;
6.2.2During the no-load test, if the "overload indicator" is on, it means that there is a
problem with the device. At this time, it is not allowed to start the work, it must be shut down to check the cause, and the work can be started after the fault is eliminated;
6.3 Inspection of cooling fan: Check whether the cooling fan is working normally to ensure that the ultrasonic transducer can work for a long time while working;

7. Maintenance

7.1 KN95 automatic forming mask machine should regularly check the main components, such as the working condition of the bearing gear of the mask machine, the bearing gear should be fifilled with lubricant in time to ensure the normal operation of the bearing.
7.2 Regularly check the wear and tear of the welding, and adjust the gap between the die head and the mold to ensure that the slicing of the equipment is normal;
7.3 Check the tension of each unwinding tray in time to ensure the beautiful appearance of the mask;
7.4 The gears are worn and should be replaced in time;

8. Precautions for use

8.1 Before starting the kn95 main machine, the gap between the die head and the gear should be checked fifirst before the ultrasonic welding machine can be turned on to avoid excessive load due to the gap size and burning the ultrasonic welding machine;
8.2 When turning on the host, you should fifirst manually pull each raw material into the waste roll to make it produce normally;
8.3 The gap of each component (such as welding, cutting) should be adjusted appropriately to avoid damage to the mold;
8.4 All bearings and gears should be checked regularly to ensure the normal operation of the transmission mechanism.

9. Common error

9.1Turn on the power switch of the kn95 mask machine, the ultrasonic power indicator of the mask machine does not light, and there is no action; Reason for failure: Poor contact between the power cord of the mask machine and the power socket;
9.2 The ultrasonic overload indicator of kn95 mask machine is on when welding;
Reason for failure: Ultrasonic transducer system presents problems;
9.3 The welding effect of mask welding parts does not meet the requirements, but the overload indicator does not light during welding, and the ultrasonic output of the mask machine is weak;
Reason for failure:
1. The 24V power supply of the ultrasonic power transformer of the mask machine is abnormal, and the relay does not operate;
2. The three-terminal regulator LM7824 on the ultrasonic program board of the mask machine is damaged.
9.4 When the ultrasonic test button of the kn95 mask machine is pressed, the indicated value of the power load meter is greater than 20% and cannot be adjusted down after being tuned by the tuner;

Reason for failure:
1. The ultrasonic transducer system of the mask machine is faulty;
2. Machine power tube burned.

9.5 Press the start button, the device does not work;
Reason for failure:
1. The inverter is faulty;
2. The motor is damaged;
3. The speed switch is damaged.
9.6 The cooling fan does not rotate;
Reason for failure:
cooling fan is damaged.
