Main mechanical configuration:Entire machine's controlled by PLC, man-machine interface touch screen operation.Unwind adopts Taiwan magnetic powder brake, material's constant tension control is automatically calculated by PLC through the diameter's change. Traction rollers are driven by 1 servo motor. Achieve constant linear velocity control and effectively cut off rewind and unwind tension's intervened. Rewind adopts 1pc servo motor (optional is 2pcs), automatic tension is from PLC's calculating. Equipped with automatic rewind material's pushing by robot arm. (as optional).Unwind lift adopts pneumatic auto loading which can save much labor force and shorten time. EPC&LPC makes material's slitting edge smooth and accurate.
