MD2000seriesspectrophotometer, a new type full-spectrum(190~850nm) spectrophotometer, has its own computer, screenand four USB interfaces, can be connected withmouse, printer, U diskand otherwireless card USB devices. It has been built-in software, so users do not needinstallsoftware before using it. The spectrophotometer has two inspection form, including trace mode and colorimetric dish. It does not need dilutionand baseline correction. The instrument built-in imported high precision progressive motor, low noise, long service life, bring blender mixing and temperature control function, all data is automatically saved, convenient output data statistics, convenient software easy to learn.

The calculation of sample concentration is based on the Beer-Lambert law,

The MD2000 series spectrophotometer can measure:

1, A260. The concentration and purity of DS-DNA, SS-DNA and RNA and others.
2,Micro Array. The concentration of fluorescent dye labeled nucleic acid (micro array), for it can measure the concentration of the nucleic acid and the dye at the same time.
4. Protein:
1, Protein A280. The concentration of the protein (1Abs = 1mg/mL), BSA, IgG, Lysozyme, Labels and Others;
2, Protein Kit Method. The concentration of protein with protein assay kit (Lowry, BCA,Bradfordand Others), and the software can create standard curvesand report directly the concentration of the sample.
5. UV/VIS:
The UV/VIS can measure full-spectrum (190~850nm)absorbance scan.
6. Cell Culture:
It can measure the concentration of suspended cell cultures.
7. Kinetics:
The instrumentcan make time-based kinetics measurements. The software only support kinetics measurement using cuvette module.
