MSL-OF100welds plastic parts by laser in fast-scanning synchronous welding methods, comparing locus-type laser welding, its cycle time is much short achieving high welding capacity. Comparing dot matrix type synchronous laser welding, it spends very lower cost in machine and jigs.
MSL-OF100 laser plastic welder realizes plastic joining applying semiconductor laser system in 100W optical-fiber-coupled output. Machine action is 4-axes controlled in high precision. U-Type-Rotary Table is optional for some special parts.
