1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trialorder. Please
feel free to tell us howmany pieces you need, we will calculatethe cost correspondingly,
hoping you can place large orders aftercheckingquality of our products and know our

2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample chargefor custom
designs. Sample chargeis refundable when order is up to certainquantity.We usually
send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If youhave carrieraccount, it will be fine to
ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight chargeto our paypal,we will ship
with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your owndesigns,
it takes 5-7 days, subjectto your designs whether they need newprinting screen, etc.
Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which canensure fast
delivery time even for largequantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF,etc.
We will make 3D drawing formold or printing screen for your finalconfirmation based
on technique.
6.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us thepantone
color code you need.We will match the colors. Or we willrecommend some popular
colors to you.

8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70%
