Cleaning:The tip is easy to be cleaned after a few second heating.When the gutta percha is cut, release the button; wait for the tip to cool down before taking it out from the patient. The operation button is"contact button", the unit will stop working after releasing the button.Safety precautionsWhen the pen tip is still on the unit, please do not bend it.If the force is too strong during the treatment, it would be bad for the service life of the pen tip.Electromagnetic interference (EMI) should be avoided.Please do not modify the unit at any way.
Routine maintenance and cleaningIf the pen tip could not work properly, press the button immediately and check the top of the tip. If there is defect, please change a new tip.If the LED indicator does not illuminate during the recharging process, please check it if the recharge base is well-connected to the power source and the battery itself.Please clean and sterilize the pen tip before each treatment.The remaining gutta percha can be cleaned with the medical cotton swab.If use it properly, the pen tip can be autoclaved above25 times, the autoclaved time depends on the temperature (at least 20 mins under 121ºC, at least 5 mins under 132ºC/134ºC)
