1.AACintroduction:
AAC(AutoclaveAeratedConcrete)isanewtypebuildingmaterialwheretherawmaterialsaresiliceousmaterials(fly-ash,sand,slag),calcareousmaterials(lime,cementandgypsum)andAluminiumpowder.
AACproducthasbeenwidelyusedinindustrialandcivilconstruction.AACproductcanbedividedintoAACblockandAACplate.AAC Blockisshort forAutoclaved Aerated Concrete Block. which is also calledALC Block. It islightweight and loadbearing and made from silica sand, cement, lime and gypsum.
The block may be well used as both external wall (exterior wall) and internal wall (interior wall). Ithas been widely used for various buildings, such as villas, apartments, schools, factories, shopping mall, hospitals, etc... We have been exporting the blocks to many foreign countrie for some years with good reputation.

Slurry,cementagents,gypsumandaluminumgointohigh-speedstirringmixerafterautomaticmeasuringrespectively,andthenbubblesinsidegreenbodywillbesortedoutbyvibrationrods.Thewholesystemisfull-automaticallycontrolledbyPLCtoguaranteethehighefficiencyandprecisionofprocedurerunning.
(3)StaticcuringandCutting
Stableandstillcuringcanavoiddamagetointernalstructurewhenthegasisandexpandinginsidethegreenblock.Highefficientandfluentcuttingmachineandtabletiltmachinearethekeypartstothehexahedralcutting.
(4)AutoclavingandFinalProductProcess
Greenbodygetsfinalstrengthandperformanceviaautoclaving.ournewlydevelopedseparatingandpackingsystemcannotonlypromotequalificationratebutalsosolvethedifficultyinseparatingblocksandwallpanelsatthesametime.
