The predecessor of Wuxi Weilit Marine Boiler Co.,Ltd was Wuxi Weilit Burning Equipment Co.,Ltd, which was found in 1989. The company is specialized in the production of marine auxiliary boilers, burners, incinerators, boiler control system and marine boiler accessories etc, and these products can be categorized as three categories and sixteen series.
The company has a perfect management system for design, manufacture as three and strong capability to develop and research such products as boilers. In addition, production upon customization is available.
The Quality Management System of the Company has passed the certification of GJB9001B, GB/T19001 and CSR9001, and also passed two-party certification by navy equipment manufactures. The Company can design and manufacture the products meeting the requirements by Rules of CCS, GL, LR, BV, DNV, ABS, NK, KR, RMRS and RINA etc.
Adhering to the concepts of sci-tech innocation, quality and efficiency, customers first and good faith compliance, the Company wholeheartedly and sincerely provides the customers with quality products and warmhearted service, realizing a win-win cooperation.Product descriptionLSK-series vertical oil-fired boiler with pin-tube has little cubage, simple and firm structure, small installed area and easy to test and repair, so that it is rightly available to be the assisted boiler installed on different ships. The pin tube being assembled inside the smoke tube separately, it consists of closed-pitched columnar steel pins which are welded on the outside surface of a steel tube. The boiler furnace is a full water cooling furnace consisting of a cylindrical furnace and upper, lower end which increases heat transfer efficiently.The convection-heating surface of boiler consists of smoke tubes and pin tubes. The high temperature smoke from furnace enters into smoke tubes, flushing the internal surface of smoke tubes and the pin tubes at the same time, forming a high efficient convection-heat exchange tube group.The operation is adjusted automatically based on steam pressure.(kg/h)(MPa)Dimension(mm)Boiler modelEvaporation
