Light Guiding System
The function of light guiding systemisto transmit the producedlaser beamto laser head, make it finallyworkingonthe workpiece surface. Light system, including optical fiber, laser headand so on,laser head fixed on thesixth shaft of therobot.
2.1 Feeding fiber: Duringthe laser processing,through the optical fiber,laser will be transferredto the claddinghead. The system use LASERLING special conductive fiber. Three five-axis linkage CNC laser machine:
Using cantilever flying light path movement form, light path are X, Y, Z three-axis linear motion function, can drive the semiconductor lasersource to dothree-dimensional exercise. There isa horizontal axis of the C axison working table, can drive the workpiece to rotate. For the convenience of different length of specification of workpiece clamping, tailstock thimble adopts servo motor drive to move along the workpiece axis. X, Y and Z axis and the horizontal axis C axis, the tailstock thimble lateral movement X1 axis, five axistotally.The X, Y, Z, and C axis constitute any triaxial linkage machining system.
