Superfine lamination autogenous mill is innovated, patented. Materials and water are continuously fed into the central sleeve located at one side of cylinder, while end products and residues are discharged through the discharging apparatus located at the end face of cylinder. This special design prevents ore materials from being overly grinded and dramatically enhances the mill output. Discharge bucket is underneath radial discharge channel and embedded in base. Recovery device of residue liquid is fastened at one side of central horizontal plane of discharge bucket. After passing the circular discharge channel and radial discharge channel, acceptable products and ore liquid are met by splash-proof inclined plate, and then run into discharge bucket with the aid of gravity. This design has two advantages-------firstly, it remarkably precludes ore liquid from splashing and contributes to increase the recovery rate; secondly, it is instrumental in protecting environment. The innovative ore discharge technology displays extraordinary performance in the respect of reducing energy consumption. The production-expense/ton and installed power are respectively reduced by 70% and 60%, in comparison with conventional technology. Superfine layer autogenous mill skips factory buildings and equipments for secondary and ternary rock crushing, and dust unit. As a result, a great deal of capital, time and manpower, which are used to establish and maintain these buildings and equipment, now can be saved, due to superfine layer autogenous mill. The fact that electricity used by crushing and grinding processes is diminished by 60% by our product completely embodies the advanced beneficiation technology which is characterized by energy-saving, environmental protection and dust-free. Under the circumstance that autogenous mill is equipped and maximum particle size is up to 160mm, the particle size is as follow: -200 mesh accounts for 45%; +200 mesh~to 2mm account for 45%; -2mm~6mm account for 8%; +6mm~10mm account for 2%. The processing capacity of accessory ball mill can reach 2500 ton/day which is 217.39% of conventional ball mill. During the discharging process of autogenous mill, products (-200 mesh, account for 45%) get through the hydrocyclone and skip ball mill and directly enter next processing stage.
