Performance Characteristic
The vibrating screen sieve machine drive use simple structure, easy maintenance and flexible valve type coupling andflexible disc coupling, to overcome the shortcomings of universal coupling which are easily damaged in operation.The vibrationexciterusing the eccentric block structure is more compact. This equipment can be used with feeding box to increase the effective screening area of the vibrating screen andextending the service life of the feed-side screen. Adding the intermediate bearing seat to transmission part to provide effective protectionfor the motor, this extended motor service life. Motor is able tomounted onboth sides of the screen frame. This series of machinesadopt seat mounting. Screen surface dip angle can be adjusted by changing the height of the spring bearing.
Working Principle
The motor drive the rotor to rotate through the V-belt. Under the function of eccentric block ,the rotor do circular motion. The main engine, under the support of the spring, do full amplitude vibration to achieve material crushing.
