The machine can produce all kinds of PLA drinking straw with tri-colors, medical pipe, special design for PLA screw with 30:1(L/D), model 146 reducer with hardened face gear, 22kw servo motor,the machine have abigger capacity and stability straw size.The series machines can produce all kinds of drinking straw,spiral strip straw,from one color to three colors. Also make PP raw material straw.
TECHNICAL FEATURE:
1. Special design for PLA screw with 30:1(L/D), model 146 reducer with hardened face gear, 22kw servo motor,the machine have abigger capacity and stability straw size.
2.Water tank in stainless steel can be divided into three planes. Also be able to adjust easily.
3.The haul-off unit can be belt or rollers, it can be customized, Fitted with double rotary cutter. Cut angle: 90°/45°, 90°/60°.
OPTIonAL TECHNICAL FEATURE:
1. Customized Conveyor devices, to suit any size straws.
2.Far-infrared heating loops can be chosen for Energy-saving purpose.
