USAGE:
1.After hair cleaning, sway Low Temperature PermNo. 1 Agent, then evenly extend onto curlers till thoroughly wet hair.
2. Cover hair with bath cap or fresh-keeping film, keep it on hair10-15 minutes for damaged hair,15-20 minutes for normal hair,20-25 minutes for resisted hair
3. Remove the package, keep the curlers on hair, cleanse hair with warm water and towel dry hair.
