Cane/rattan itself is well-known for long life length in decades of furniture application. But how to join cane with wood is a wisdom of years'handicraft. For example, where strength and endurability is required,we use hidden nails, enviroment-friendly glue and sometimes weaving rattan to get rattan/cane well fixed.

Why is our cane/rattan surface touchable?

Natural cane may be rough to touch on its surface. Before package, we remove tiny cane with fire or cut it off by hand with scissors. Natural cane/rattan may be rough to touch on its surface. We can make any quantity. Usually we ship in full 40hqs or 20gps to save shipping and export costs. 3.For C&F or CIF terms, we arrange for delivery to the destination sea ports of Buyers as per international trading norms.

Besides the above price terms, we do also DDP or DDU. Please always specify your order quantity and shipping terms you need at inquiries.

4. Usually 1 week for trial orders and 1 month for full container orders.

Q9: What's your production time?

A: For less than 5 containers, around 1 to 3 months. Most orders can be done in around one month. Our regular products can be made out in 15 work days also. For accurate production time, kindly check with our salespersons.

Q10: How can the payment be made?

1. By escrow, western union, MoneyGram, or telegraphic transfer for small orders less than 5000usd/order and sample orders

2.By telegraphic transfer, letter of credit, documents against bill of lading for larger orders or full container orders.

3.All the bank fees or commissions charged by the 3rd party are not included in our offer.
