Description of the spot welding machine

1. Ultrasonic spot welding machine USES the principle of ultrasonic mechanical energy and thermal energy conversion, the ultrasonic to the cloth, cloth contact point itself quickly produce high temperature to melt the contact surface of the material, two pieces of cloth will generate a small point to be bonded, so as to achieve the purpose of bonding fixed point.

2. All kinds of cloth can be stitched without needle and thread, so as to achieve waterproof effect. Also, non-woven fabric belt (or other chemical fiber material) can be spot welded on the non-woven fabric bag, and the fastness can reach the material strength.

3. Ultrasonic spot welder adopts original transducer, stable output, high quality component assembly, reliable performance, smart design, easy to operate.

4. Application: non-woven bag, underwear, diaper, disposable operation clothes, masks and other handicrafts of fusion, pressing, spot welding, embossing.
