Neutral Silicone Weatherproof Sealant (Antas-193)

antas-193 is one-component, neutral curingsilicone weatherproofsealant, specially designed for waterproof purpose for curtain wall. And it can be widely used in broad temperature range and curedby the moisture inair. With outstandingperformance of anti-UV radiation, anti-ozone and anti-highand low temperature, it has excellent adhesion to most building materials.Features:

antas-193 should not be applied:
1) For structural bonding.
2) On thesurface of substrate that bleeds oil, plasticizer or solvent and so on(such as impregnated wood).
3) In totally confined spaces.
4) When substrate surface temperature beyond 40º Cor below 5º C.
5)In continuous water immersion or on the surface with fog, or wet surface, or in continuous wet place
6) On paint surface.Priming
Priming is not usually required when using antas-193. However, sealant adhesion should always be tested in advance to determine the need for a primer. If required, primer should be applied in a thin film to the joint surface by using a clean lint-free cloth and allowed to dry before sealant application.Technical service:

Adhesion test, compatibility test and stain test are available before sealant application.Curing and maintenance:
antas-193begins curing when it contacts with the moisture in air. The tack freetime is about 20-40 minutes. It generally takes 21 days for fully-cure. In the beginning of using the sealant, please remain the sealant places fixed and flat. Solvent can be used to clean the fractured sealants and then fill up with the new sealants with same color and quality.Safety:
It is nontoxicafter entirely cured. Avoid contacting eyeswhen operating. If happened, rinse opened eye under running water for several minutes. During the curing process, sealant will release a small amount of organic molecules. Construction should ensure good ventilation. If necessary, take protective measures. Transport and storage:
This product is flammable but not explosive, and can be delivered by normal means of transportation.
The products must be stored under 27 º C, in the cool and dry place.Shelf life:
