The whole machine adopts 23 servo motors (eight-color group three-die cutting station), which provides guarantee for high precision alignment in high-speed operation of the machine.2. Plate roller adopts air-swelling sleeve type. Plate roller is light and does not need gears. Plate change roller is fast, convenient and simple to operate. Because there is no gear on the roller, the printing quality is improved and the maintenance of the roller is reduced.3. Pressure adjustment of printing and ink transfer: Roller shoulder is adopted to adjust printing pressure and ink transfer pressure to fine-tune the corresponding support frame on both sides. There is no need to adjust the printing pressure when the plate roller is changed from big to small, and only a little fine-tuning is needed for special printing requirements, which greatly improves the printing efficiency. Second printing must re adjust the ink pressure and printing pressure, which is time-consuming and expensive.Fourth, the printing roller of the machine is equipped with water-cooling device, and the film material will not be affected by the high temperature caused by UV curing.
