Details-frame

Cutting

High-speed cutting machine to cut all tubes and pipes, the sizes would be determine by the frame sample of each pieces before cutting, to make sure the pipes/tubes right.

Bending

Semi-Automatic machine & Hand bending are necessary for making a frame with different angle or shape, it would be proofread with the frame sample as well.

Wedling

Combine the all aluminum pipes(tubes) together by a module by welder with welding, stars welding firstly to set up a frame and then doing 3 side (full welding) after.

Powder Coating.

#1. Washing the frame totally after get the frames from last step, to clear the powder, dusty, grease stain, in order the powder coated could be stick to the surface of frames.

#2. All frames sent into a oven to dry the wet.

#3. Powder spray by a gun to all around the frame, then frames would be sent into a Oven again but with 220 degrees centigrade.

#4. Some frames would be asked for special finishing of washing, to those frames without rattan or anything covered.

Hand Rope Weaving.

#1. All products made by hand weaving 100%.

#2. Rope size could be Diameter 4mm, 5mm, 6mm or bigger, and with or without rib(core) inside. Depends on the designs requires and clients requires.
