Working Process

The unit mainly PE,PVC,EVA as raw material,after plastis extruder ,and then filter and die cast By a three roll calender matte ,colling bracket setting ,A/B/A three-layer coextrusion waterproofing membrane .B layer can be different according to user requirements for product quality adjustment,in oder to reduce the cost of prodcts(such as a layer of polypropylene fabric ,polyester fabric ,B layer material ) and B layer can also be based require the use of different materials to meet the diverse requirement of user of the proucts to meet market demand .This production line can produce PVC/TPO multilayer waterproof membrane ,it consists twinscrew extruder, die , three roller stack and auxiliary equipments , it can produce the membrane from 0.5mm to 4mm ,monolayer, multi-layer and laminated with non-woven fabric.
