Face Mask Distribution System

This equipment includes face mask body distribution system and mask conveying system. The masks are delivered to two different silos after they are in pieces. The conveyor is driven by motor.

Ear Loop Welding Machine

Ultrasonic welding is used to fuse the elastic belt into the inner side of both ends of
the mask body. This is the last process of inner ear mask production. The machine is driven by servo motor, with precise transmission and adjustable speed. This ear loop welding machine includes the ear loop automatic feeding mechanism, ear loop cutting mechanism and automatic welding mechanism.
