We have over 14 years of experience manufacturing polyurethane rollers and have accumulated a large selection of tooling which allows us to cast most customer orders with little or no tooling cost. Our Rollers with following specifications:
1, Hardness: Shore A 10- Shore D 85
2, High strength Under rubber hardness, its strength and loading capacity is much better than rubber. Under high hardness, its impact resistance and flexibility are much better than plastic.
3, Excellent anti-abrasion performance it is about 3-5 times of rubber.
4, Oil resistance Polyurethane is a strong polar polymer compound. Its affinity with non-polar oil is very slim, so there is almost no erosion in fuel oil and mechanical oil.
5, Superior anti-aging properties, good resistance to oxygen and ozone
6, PU Roller is with good physical properties, it won't harden or age under long term usage, and it maintains good tear resistance, resilience and anti-abrasion performance. It is easy to store for a long time. Its anti-abrasion performance is 3-5 times of rubber. Its life span is more than 3 times compared with rubber roller.
8, It is with excellent mechanical reprocessing properties.
9, The metal part strongly bonds with PU. It won't break out. It could also be oil resistance, water-proof or anti-solvent.

These shapes are used in many applications such as drive rollers, idler rollers, feed rollers, and conveyor rollers. We also manufacture polyurethane rings, urethane pads and polyurethane tube.1It is the most versatile, toughest, abrasion resistance elastomer available. It is as soft as Shore A durometer 10 and hard as Shore D scale durometer 85.2It could be cast into practically any shape, size or complex geometry desired wheels,
gears, O rings, gaskets, tires, roller blades, skate boards etc.3It can be formulated with high resistance to stresses and it tends to maintain shape and mechanical properties aster fatigue stressing.4Casting Polyurethane maybe pigmented to resist degradation by elevated atmospheric oxygen and ozone atmospheric concentrations.5Many cast polyurethane elastomers compounds remain flexible at extreme low temperatures and possess outstanding resistance to thermal shock. Low temperature resistance of polyurethanes make cast parts very practical in extreme arctic conditions.6Casting polyurethane parts can be made flame resistance by incorporating flame retardants into their formulas.7Polyurethane can be cast with coefficients of friction varying from very low, for items like bushings, bearings or wear strips, or very high, for items like tries or rollers.
