Peelable PP Pet PE Bottle Foil Seal

It's a good sealing product for the food , medicine,skin care,and the toy industry .This Clean easy peel aluminum foil induction seal liner features are: good sealing, and can be removed from the mouth of the bottle completely, finlly keep the bottle/ container mouth very clean, improve product quality and user experience.The normal thickness of aluminum foil sealing film is 0.25mm.And we also accept custom 0.3mm or more.
One piece is an integral whole, after the sealing no backing separat backing left in the cap.
How to use:
1. First, insert the aluminum foil seal liner into the bottom of the bottle cap flat,
2. Screw the bottle cap to the mouth of the bottle
3. sealing it through the induction sealing machine.
After use the induction sealing machine, the seal liner is sealed on the mouth of the bottle.
The aluminum foil cover the mouth of the bottle. The white surface is what the customer sees after opening the cap. Customer often custom print on this side.Applicable containers include PE, PET, PP, PS, PVC, AS, acrylic and glass bottles, etc
