Petroleum Coke

Chinese petroleum coke is produced by Chinese Sinopec Group's average of SH0527-92 which is used to process oil .This average is based on the content of the sulfur each petroleum coke contained.The petroleum can be divided to 2 kinds of raw petroleum coke and forged petroleum coke.The raw petroleum coke is a kind of by-product which is produced through the processing of high temperature pyrolysis of oil by delayed coking equipment.Forged petroleum coke after calcining is produced by heating raw petroleum coke to 1280 C celsius with special equipment
The raw petroleum coke also can divided to Quicksand coke,projectile coke,sponge coke and needle coke by different oil producing area Firstly,as the name implies,the quicksand coke is a kind of granular petroleum that looks like sand,and secondly the projectile coke,Secondly, Thirdly,sponge coke is a kind of petroleum coke produced by refining in high temperature equipment,which is as porous as sponge.lt is also the most widely used type of petroleum coke.Fourthly,and usually,the needle coke is the raw material to produce the advanced wear-resistant electrode products.
The forged petroleum coke could used to produce vary electrode products.
The petroleum coke is widely used in the manufacturing of vary industrial production include cement,glass manufacturing,silicon carbide,pre-baked anode,calcium carbide,artificial graphite,anode arc,synthetic fiber and acetylene and so on.
