A: We have professional QC to examine the products before they are packed.
4. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
A: Sure we can. The sample time about 3-7 days, sample fee is charged based on the material and design.
We have to charge amold fee when you need special customize according to your sample picture, designed logo or we don't have mold of previous item in stock.
5. Can you add my logo on the keychain?
A: Yes, customized logo is welcome
6.What is the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A: Usually our MOQ is 600pcs. But we accept no Minimum for your test order if we have stock.
7.Can Iget samples ?
A: Sure you can. We can offer you stock sample free of charge, but if you need sample according to your own artwork, we need to charge the mold fee. The sample freight is duty on you too.
8.What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Always 15-18days
9. How much is the freight charge?
A: Generally we offer the EXW price,so you need to pay for freight,we have several stable forwarder to arrange the delivery with cheap price.We can offer you relatively help,we will not charge you extra freight just depend on the price of shipping company.Any more questions are very welcome.
