Our product's tolerance can be controlled under 0.01mm. The testing machine's accuracy is within 0.005mm. ISO9000 has been executed. The raw materials include lost wax castings of steel and alloy steel and ductile iron, and forgings. All parts will be tested for material chemical composition, strength and Elongation. 80%of ourproducts are exported to North American and European countries. Products are for hydraulic cylinder, truck brake and engine, such as hydraulic cylinder ends , rod, piston, connecting rod, oil valve, oil seals, rubber seals,brake valve of truck. At present, we are providing truck brake parts for Pacbrake. Some of our big customers are Hunter Engineering, Rocore, Engross, Tigercat, Torbel, Fusion, Mersen and so on.We strictly implement the ISO9000 quality system during the production.
