1. Usage:

SPC-660CAutomatic Disposable Plastic Cup/Lid/Bowl/PlateThermoforming Machine is mainly used to formPP/PS/PET/PVC sheetinto various kinds ofdisposable plasti cups, such as hot/cold drinking cup, ice-cream cup, yogurt cup, milk cup, jelly cup, juice cup, etc. It could also make some regular shape products, such asplate, bowl, cover, lid, dish, etc with different moulds.

2. MainFeatures:

1)Thestretchingofplugsinsideoftheuppermouldarecontrolledbyaircylinder.

2)Thesheetfeedingisdrivenbypinchain.Thepinchainiscontrolledbymotorwithinverter. The feeding length is controlled by the encoder.

3)Itadoptsfourpillarstofixthemould.Wecouldadoptfourpillarstofixthemould.4)Theupmouldisfixedandthedownmouldmovementisdrivenbytwincam.5)Therearetotal16heatingzones.ThetemperatureofeachzoneiscontrolledbyTemperaturecontrolmodule.

6)Theproductionprocessincludesheetfeeding,heating,plugsstretching,formingandin-mouldcuttingandblowfinalproductsout.

7)Weadoptsquaresteeltomakethemachineframestronger.

8) This machine adopt PLC and touch screen to control.
