Extruder

This Polyurethane Foaming Pipe Making Machine adopts special designed screw and barrel, with high efficient, ensuring the stable and high line speed; The rigid Polyurethane layer is directly injected into the chamber between Inner pipe and outer protection HDPE layer, by foaming machine using the liquid of polyurethane foam plastic, it called"pipe in pipe foaming technology".

Die Head

The Foaming pipe making machine use specially designed composite die head, which ensures the stability of high speed extrusion and manufactured pipe quality.

PLC System

The production line to make Polyurethane Foam Coating pipe use new generation Siemens PLC control system.

Adopting Multi-point closed loop control system, ensuring high speed synchronous control and reliable operating.

It can realize remote control function for overseas client.

Advantages of the Polyurethane Pipe

Pipe long life span, owing to the features of polyurethane materials, largely reduce the repair and maintenance cost of hot water pipeline changing.

The density of rigid polyurethane is 60kg/m³-80kg/m³, fully fill in the gap of Inner plastics pipe and outer HDPE protection layer, with sufficient bonding strength, to make this three layers: Inner Plastics pipe, Polyurethane foaming Layer, Outer protection HDPE layer integral, its property much better than the normal PO pipe.

Excellent heating preservation performance, its thermal loss only 5% of the normal plastic pipe, which can save vast energy during the application .
