1 Are you factory or trading company ?
A:Of course we arefactory,our factory located in zhengzhou City, Henan China .2:Can customers order different colors and models in one order?
A:Surely yes.Mixed colors and models are acceptable.One 20GP we suggest 3- 4models,one 40HQ we suggest 5-6 models.3:What's your policy for samples?
A:For small sample,we can offer for free.For completely doors ,we have to charge some cost on actual situation.But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place order next time.4:What's your trade terms and payment term?
A:Our trade term is EXW,FOB,CFR ans CIF.Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T before mass production,the balance paid upon receive the copy of B/L(L/C at sight is available).5:What's your special service?
A: 1). Overseas installation service:After finish production,we will send customers production photos.If no problem,then customers pay the balance:
