1. Mix the Pudding Powder, 1/2 Sugar, Sodium Citric, Preservative and Starch, Add into the 2/3 Cold water and heat to boiling with stirring and keep boiling in 5 minute.
2. Mix the Milk Powder, Soybean Powder and 1/2 Sugar, add into the 1/3 cold water and heat to 60° C by agitation, make the solution completely dissolve.
3. Wait till the temperature of No. 2 solution reduce to 80° C, add No. 2 solution to No. 1 solution With stirring.
4. Add citric acid solution with stirring while its temperature reducing below 70° C, add pigment And flavor
5. Filling and packing
6. Sterilization (maintain at temperature of 85° C for 15 min)
7. Cooling
